SSCs to Celebrate 109 Years on August 27

The Sisters of St. Casimir will commemorate the 109th anniversary of their founding with Mass and a Founders’ Day celebration on August 27. Mass begins at 9:30 AM in the St. Casimir Center chapel, 2601 W. Marquette Rd., Chicago, and will honor Venerable Mother Maria Kaupas, foundress. The Sisters welcome the Most Rev. Andrew P. Wypych, Auxiliary Bishop of Chicago, as the celebrant. The Founders’ Day Grand Raffle drawing will follow in the auditorium. For more information, call 773.776.1324. There will be no Mother Maria Mass in September.

August 6 Mass for Mother Maria Kaupas

The next monthly Mass praying for the beatification of Venerable Mother Maria Kaupas will be held on August 6 at 9:30 AM in the St. Casimir Center chapel. All are invited. For more information, call 773.776.1324. There was no Mother Maria Mass scheduled in July.
